Following a total knee replacement operation, I have been having the necessary follow-up physiotherapy treatment with Vanesha and Damien at their Bagshot clinic. Both Vanesha and Damien are highly knowledgeable and caring professionals with great communication skills; very easy to talk to and the explanation of treatment and their purpose is given in a clear and easily understood manner. Their studio is very up-to-date with modern equipment as well as individual consulting rooms. I believe I have made excellent progress in my knee rehabilitation as a result of the expert care and advice received at the clinic. My programme, tailored to my specific needs, includes strengthening and flexibility exercises and movements to increase my range of motion as well as manual therapy and appropriate pain management advice. I went to see Damien for some help with a badly worn hip prior to total hip replacement surgery. He was extremely helpful and tailored an exercise programme for me to help maintain strength and flexibility around the joint to put put me in as good a position as possible for my post-op rehab. I was delighted with the friendly and expert help I was given, and will be returning post-op to help get me back on the golf course!!
