Zara Wong

Chartered Physiotherapist

Zara graduated with a First-Class Honours in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham. Her clinical experience spans a variety of healthcare settings in the NHS, including neurorehabilitation, women’s health, musculoskeletal (MSK) outpatient care, and orthopaedics.

She has a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a particular focus on post-operative recovery and sports rehabilitation. Throughout her clinical experience, Zara has managed a broad range of patients—from those recovering from surgery and acute sporting injuries to individuals with persistent, long-term pain. Her clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based rehabilitation, combining hands-on treatment, patient education, and tailored exercise programs to help individuals achieve meaningful results.

Zara takes great satisfaction in seeing patients return to doing what they love—whether that’s reaching high-level sporting goals or simply regaining everyday function. She’s passionate about guiding people through that journey and helping them realise what they’re capable of.

In addition, Zara serves as a pitch-side physiotherapist for private school sports fixtures, mainly covering rugby and hockey. She also recently completed a seasonal role in France as a massage therapist, delivering hands-on care to skiers to support recovery and injury prevention. During her time in the Alps, she discovered a new love for snowboarding.

Outside of work, Zara stays active through basketball, gym training, and fitness classes like hot yoga and spin. She firmly believes that with the right support and approach, everyone has the ability to take charge of their health and performance.
