Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Liv is a physiotherapist with extensive experience in musculoskeletal care and women’s pelvic health. She has completed additional specialist training with both Mummy MOT and the Pelvic, Obstetric & Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) group, allowing her to deliver thorough, evidence-based care.
Her career spans roles in private practice and the NHS, giving her broad experience in supporting individuals with complex pelvic health needs. Liv treats a wide range of conditions, including pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder and bowel symptoms, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, and pregnancy-related pelvic girdle issues. She is dedicated to guiding patients through postnatal recovery as well as helping those managing longer-term pelvic health challenges, ensuring each person feels understood and supported.
Beyond her women’s health expertise, Liv has developed a specialist interest in golf performance and injury rehabilitation. She completed her initial Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification in 2021 and went on to complete Medical Level 2 online before travelling to California to undertake Medical Level 3 training with leading golf health experts. This advanced knowledge enables her to combine performance enhancement, injury prevention, and tailored rehabilitation for golfers at all levels.
Liv adopts a holistic, personalised approach to physiotherapy, helping clients work towards their own health and performance goals.
Outside of work, Liv is working on improving her golf handicap, enjoys countryside walks, and cares for her balcony garden.
Where would you recommend I go on holiday?
I’ve done lots of travelling in America and I loved road tripping down the pacific coast highway, particularly visiting Monterey and Carmel.
