Physica Performance Profiling
Test your strength. Find your imbalance. Boost your performance.
Our Performance Profiling service uses advanced Remaker™ testing technology to measure strength, power, balance, and movement symmetry — giving you clear, objective data about how your body performs. Whether you’re a runner, gym-goer, team athlete or simply want to prevent injury, this assessment gives you the insights you need to train smarter and move better
What Is Performance Profiling?
Performance Profiling is a 1-hour, physio-led assessment built to analyse the key components of physical performance. Using Remaker™ sensors and high-precision testing hardware, we measure:
- Strength output
- Explosive power
- Balance & symmetry
- Movement efficiency
- Injury risk markers
You’ll receive immediate feedback, personalised advice, and a report to help you improve weak areas and build long-term resilience.
What We Measure
Strength & Power
Isometric and dynamic force assessments to evaluate lower-limb strength, explosive power, and force generation.
Balance & Symmetry
Left–right comparisons to highlight compensations, weaknesses, and imbalances that may increase injury risk.
Reactivity & Control
Assessment of how efficiently your muscles and joints absorb and generate force — essential for running, jumping and quick directional changes.
Injury Risk & Resilience
Identification of mechanical “weak links”, allowing us to target them with specific training to improve long-term durability.
Who Is This For?
Performance Profiling is perfect for:
- Runners wanting to reduce injury and improve speed
- Team sport athletes (football, rugby, hockey)
- Gym-goers looking to optimise strength and technique
- Racket sport athletes who rely on repeat power output
- Cyclists wanting to identify asymmetries
- Anyone returning from injury who wants objective baseline data
- Anyone who simply wants to understand their body better

FAQs
How long does it take?
The profiling session lasts 1 hour.
Is it suitable if I’m injured?
Yes — many people use it to identify what’s contributing to recurring issues. However some tests may need to be modified depending on your injury.
What should I wear?
Gym clothing and trainers.
Can I repeat the test to track progress?
Absolutely — many clients repeat every 6–12 weeks.
Does it hurt?
The testing is safe, controlled, and supervised by a physiotherapist. Most people tolerate it very well. However, because some of the assessments involve maximal effort, there is always a small chance of experiencing temporary muscle soreness afterwards — similar to what you might feel after a challenging gym session.
